How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage in the app. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.

My workout data isn't syncing

Try these steps: 1) Pull down to refresh on the home screen. 2) Check your internet connection. 3) Log out and back in from Settings. If it persists, contact us with your account email.

Can I export my workout history?

Yes. Go to Settings → Data → Export to download your complete workout history as a CSV file. Your data is always yours.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at billing support.
