Getting Started

Hit Start Workout. Pick your exercise. Lift. Log your weight and reps. Finish. It's that simple. The app remembers your last session so you always know what to beat. Swipe right on a set to log it instantly - no taps required.
We show your last session's numbers right on the log screen. You see what you did. You beat it. Simple. Volume trends help you see the bigger picture. The app tells you when you're making progress and when you might be plateauing.
Yes. No signal? No problem. Log everything locally. It syncs when you're back online. Perfect for basement gyms, outdoor training, or gyms with bad reception. Your data is always saved first to your device.
After finishing a workout, tap "Save as Template". Name it, and it's ready. Next time, just tap your template to start. You can also create templates from scratch in the Templates tab, or browse our library of pre-built programs.

Workout Tracking

Swipe right on any set to log it instantly. Or tap to enter custom weight and reps. The app pre-fills your last session's numbers so you just confirm or adjust.
After logging a set, the rest timer starts automatically. You can customize rest periods per exercise in Settings. The timer works even when your phone is locked.
Go to the History tab to see all past workouts. Tap any workout to see full details including sets, weights, and notes. You can also view progress charts for each exercise.

Billing & Account

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage. You can cancel anytime. Your data stays safe and accessible. You'll keep premium features until your current period ends.
Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Purchases sync automatically.
Yes. Go to Settings → Data → Export to download your complete workout history as a CSV file. Your data is always yours. Export anytime, even on the free plan.

Troubleshooting

Try these steps: 1) Pull down to refresh on the home screen. 2) Check your internet connection. 3) Log out and back in from Settings. If it persists, contact us.
First, make sure you're running the latest version. Go to App Store → Updates. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app, or restart your device.
Your data is backed up automatically. Make sure you're signed in with the correct account. Go to Settings → Sync → Force Sync to pull the latest data from the cloud.
