How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Your access continues through the paid billing period shown by Apple.

My workout data isn't syncing

Keep the app installed, reconnect to the internet, and reopen Gainz so optional sync can retry. Your workout log remains usable offline. If the issue persists, contact us before signing out or reinstalling so we can help protect unsynced data.

Can I export my workout history?

Data export is available on Pro and Premium plans from Settings → Data → Export. You can also contact us to request a copy of your account data or account deletion.

Do you offer refunds?

App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit Apple's Report a Problem page to review eligibility or request a refund.
