1. Using Gainz

• You must be 13+ to use the app
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the app for lawful, personal fitness purposes
• Don't try to reverse engineer or exploit the app

2. Subscriptions

Free Trial

• All Pro subscription plans include a 7-day free trial
• You will not be charged during the trial period
• Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
• You can cancel your trial at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings

Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24h before renewal
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Cancel anytime through the App Store or Google Play — no cancellation fees
• Refunds handled by Apple/Google per their policies

3. Content & Data

You own your workout data. By using Gainz, you grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service. We won't sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
