The Short Version
Use Gainz for personal fitness and follow these terms. Premium features are optional and billed through the App Store. Either you or Gainz may end the service relationship as described below. Your rights to your data remain yours.
1. Using Gainz
- You must be 13+ to use the app
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Use the app for lawful, personal fitness purposes
- Don't try to reverse engineer or exploit the app
2. Subscriptions

Available features are shown in the app before you begin.
Pro
Current plans, prices, billing periods, and included features are displayed in the app and App Store before purchase.
Free Trial
- If a free trial is offered, its duration and eligibility are shown before purchase
- You will not be charged during an active trial period
- A trial converts to the selected paid subscription unless cancelled before the deadline shown by Apple
- You can manage or cancel a trial through your App Store account settings
Billing & Cancellation
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24h before renewal
- Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
- Cancel anytime through the App Store - no cancellation fees
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy
3. Content & Data
You own your workout data. By using Gainz, you grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service. We won't sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
